Today was one of those wishy-washy non-days, where nothing really gets achieve, well it seems like it doesn't!!
We went swimming in the morning with two other families, but H was a bit whingy, not sure why really, and I forgot the woggly-stick-thing for E, so all in all not good!! Afterwards we walked into town so I could do boring bank stuff. When we got home we pottered around, E and H playing various games, E in annoying, bossy-mode refusing to let H do anything vaguely fun, so I spent most of my time refereeing. I should have found them something constructive to do, but I failed miserably!
I've got a project up my sleeve for E tomorrow, as long as I can work out how to use the printer...!!!

Heh heh in my bad mother's opinion, swimming with little ones is such hard work and such a pain I wouldn't be so quick to write off today as a 'non day', for me that would be a 'heroine day' ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think it was because our last swim sesh was so good that it was a bit of a downer! I will reclassify the day though, to make me feel better!!
